Platform Protocols Labs

Hands-on labs on cloud, platform and AI. Every lab runs on a laptop.

The labs behind Platform Protocols Journal, built in public. Each lab tests one thing (a new release, a claim, a mechanism), on my own machine, and shows the real output: before and after, with what it means.

The rules every lab follows

  1. Runs locally. No cloud account, no credentials, nothing that costs money. If a lab ever needs more, its README says so up front.
  2. Honest labels. Every result says what machine and versions produced it, and what was not tested. “The shape holds, the numbers don’t” when it’s a laptop, not production.
  3. Real output. Results folders hold the actual terminal output. Excerpts elsewhere say what was trimmed.
  4. Practical. Each lab ends with one thing you can do differently at work this week.
  5. Personal work only. Built on my own time and machine. Nothing here comes from any employer.
